Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Because our products are handcrafted, orders that have entered production or have already shipped cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

·        Custom or personalized items

·        Made-to-order items

·        Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

·        Your order number

·        A description of the issue

·        Clear photographs showing the damage

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Handmade Variations

Each Crafted Treasures piece is handmade. Slight variations in color, pattern, size, or texture are part of the character and uniqueness of handcrafted items and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed by your payment provider.
